Mandrake the Corpse Flower

Mandrake is currently growing about 2 inches per day and is predicted to bloom on Memorial Day. A ‘titanic’ thank you to Brandon Tam of Huntington Botanical Gardens in Pasadena, California for all his help. When Mandrake is in full bloom and fertile, we will be pollinating using a stock generously shared by Huntington Botanical Gardens. Stay tuned and watch the excitement in real time!

Mandrake is on loan to HMNS courtesy of Don Ghiz.
