Spirits & Headhunters: Vanishing Worlds of the Amazon

Explore the cultures of the Amazon through beautiful ceremonial objects, including pieces crafted of vibrant feathers pottery and wood carvings. Learn of daily life of the tribes and ritualistic shrunken heads.

Dinosaurs and the Hall of Paleontology
Monday, January 25, 6 p.m.
$12 Members, $17 nonmembers
While the Museum is closed, the dinosaurs come to life through the stories of David Temple, associate curator of paleontology. Tour the hall of paleontology and help excavate fossils in the fossil prep lab. This interactive and hands-on tour is an extraordinary look at the work done behind-the-scenes of the Museum. Families are welcome.
