HMNS Scholars

Due to the success of last year’s inaugural course Discovering Ethiopia, a second course for high school students entitled Understanding Leonardo will be offered this spring.

Understanding Leonardo is made up of lectures, discussion groups and a behind-the-scenes tour of the Leonardo da Vinci: Man, Inventor, Genius exhibition which opens March 7.  Prior to the three public lectures included in the course, the featured speaker will meet privately with the HMNS Scholar group.  This course will also give students a look at careers in engineering, art history and medical research.

Participants receive unlimited entrance to the Leonardo exhibition for the duration of the course.  In order to receive course certificate, students may not miss more than one session, and must complete and present a research project.

Understanding Leonardo
March 25 – April 29, and May 13, 5:45 - 7:45 p.m.
$84 per student
Registration deadline is March 24 (limited space, reserve early)
