Careers In Science

There's something new for girls that love science at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.  The Careers in Science series will let girls do real experiments and learn scientific theories that are the cornerstones in the fields of astronomy and chemistry.  These classes are a must for any girl that wants to be a scientist when she grows up or just wants to see what science is all about.  It's real science taught by real scientists.  Receive an HMNS Careers in Science patch and bar for each topic (classes do not fulfill official Girl Scout badge requirements).

The Careers in Science classes are designed for Senior, Cadette, and Junior Girl Scouts in the 6th grade.

For questions about Careers in Science classes, please contact the Scout Program Coordinator at scouts@hmns.org.

To register, click on the link for each badge or call 713-639-4659. Class date, time, code, and a credit card payment is needed to register.
