Volunteer Opportunities for Girl Scout Overnights
Girl Scouts ages 12-17, who have earned the GSUSA Program Aide certification, are eligible to apply to volunteer at HMNS Overnights. Program Aides will have the opportunity to help Overnighters with activities to complete badge requirements, keep groups organized, lend an extra hand to chaperones and leaders and set an example for all the girls!
HMNS Overnight dates for 2005-2006 are November 18-19, December 9-10, January 13-14, January 27-28, and April 7-8.
Program Aides interested in volunteering for HMNS Overnights must attend a mandatory training session on January 12, from 4:30 - 5:15 p.m. at the Museum. Sign-up for specific Overnight placements will occur during the training session. If interested, please contact Allison Seeman, HMNS overnights coordinator, at aeseeman@hmns.org by January 6th.
