Thank you for your interest in STEM Nova Awards at HMNS. This year we’re going virtual with our STEM Nova weekend on October 2-3, 2021

Grab your ticket here!

Join us for a weekend of fun! Bring the excitement of scouts programming at HMNS right into your own home with guest speakers, interactive classes and even a virtual Burke Baker Planetarium show. This year, we are offering the Out of This World STEM Nova award for Cub Scouts and Mendel’s Minions for Scouts BSA.

Each ticket purchased will include an “I Spent the Night at the Museum” glow-in-the-dark t-shirt, 2020 overnight patch and necessary supplies for the chosen Nova award, including the STEM Nova workbook. Supplies can be mailed to the provided address up to two weeks before the STEM Nova weekend. For tickets purchased after September 3, supplies will need to be picked up at HMNS Hermann Park.

To extend your weekend experience, we will be offering Sunday Merit Badge and Adventure classes to fulfill requirement 2 of each Nova award. These classes will also be available for purchase in the online box office. For more information or to be added to our notification list, email scouts@hmns.org.
