They stood watch over China’s first emperor for thousands of years – and astonished the world when they were uncovered in 1974. The Terra Cotta Warriors have been called the greatest archaeological discovery of the 20th century – and even, the Eighth Wonder of the World. Now, you can discover them for yourself in Terra Cotta Warriors: Guardians of China’s First Emperor.

An optional audio guide is available to expand on your experience in Terra Cotta Warriors: Guardians of China’s First Emperor. Explore the exhibition in greater depth as you consider the artifacts on display, from 14 authentic warriors from the tomb of Qin Shi Huang to gorgeous crane statues and other tomb artifacts. Gain fresh curatorial insight into many topics relating to the Terra Cotta Warriors, including the creation of the Great Wall, how the real Chinese army of the emperor was built, and how each warrior was made to be so unique.
