Our Saturday classes allow Cubs Scouts to complete the necessary requirements for Cub Belt Loops and Pins using all the museum’s resources. Scouts can earn their advancements working with museum specimens, touring exhibit halls and then apply what they learned in conducting scientific experiments.

Weather
Geology, Science, and Weather classes are designed for 2nd and 3rd grade Cubs. For 1st grade Cubs please see Tiger Trails. Astronomy is for all age Cubs.
Class Times:
9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Cost:
Astronomy: $15 per Scout and $15 Chaperone
Other Classes: $15 per Scout, no charge for chaperones
Chaperones:
All Cubs must have a chaperone in attendance.
For groups: 1 adult minimum is recommended for every 5 Scouts.
Attire:
Cub scouts are encouraged to wear their uniform.
