One of a kind, inflatable full-Dome digital theater!

Embark on space missions to black holes. Explore the distant worlds of our solar system. Pilot a nano-scale submarine inside the human body, or dive into an R.O.V. deep inside the ocean. Soar a flying laboratory into the fury of raging storms or journey on scientific expeditions to the frozen ends of the Earth. You can even sing along with Big Bird and Elmo as they learn about the night time sky!

In the Digital Dome Theater at the Houston Museum of Natural Science at Sugar Land, visitors can explore a world of different fun and educational themes.

A different show is scheduled every half hour

About 30 feet across, the dome's screen is about 18 feet tall and uses warped image and curved mirror projection technology pioneered by our Museum to deliver unique full-dome adventures across a range of themes.

Maximum capacity is 60 adults and children, and seating is available in chairs or on the floor. We accommodate visitors of all levels of ability/mobility.
