HMNS is excited to offer virtual individual registration labs this school-year! Virtual labs will provide around an hour of instruction and educational engagement for your student with many opportunities to practice new skills outside of class time. We are offering a limited selection of dates for our monthly labs, including Dissection, Earth Science, TechnoScience, Time, and Wildlife topics. An HMNS Educator will be on a virtual call with the class to teach students about a specific topic, interact with students, lead them in activities and answer questions. Please note:
- Virtual Dissection Labs will be dissection demonstrations with the opportunity to engage with the instructor and ask questions.
- Parental assistance is required for 1st-3rd graders.
- Latecomers will not receive additional time.
- Registration must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the start of the virtual lab.
We assume students have basic school supplies such as washable markers, scissors, tape, paper, etc. but will send any paper materials specific to the lab activities to the email connected with your virtual lab purchase. Please note: access to a printer is necessary.
