On average, the Houston Museum of Natural Science adds 3,000–5,000 new artifacts and specimens to the Permanent Collections each year. Some of these objects go on display fairly quickly, while others are placed in storage until there is a need for them.
Now for the first time ever, curators are choosing their favorites of these treasures, to be displayed in their very own exhibition, Curator’s Choice: Recent Acquisitions of the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
Curator’s Choice is organized by the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Local support is provided by the John P. McGovern Foundation.
