An exhibition displaying Victoria the Tyrannosaurus Rex, one of the largest and most complete T-rex specimens to date.

The world’s largest and most complete touring skeleton makes its way to the halls of HMNS!

Houston, meet Victoria the T. rex. Discovered in September 2019, she is the most complete tyrannosaurus rex skeleton touring the world. The all-new, state-of-the-art exhibition will transport guests 66-million-years back in time to Victoria’s home, the Cretaceous period.

Produced by IMG in partnership with specimen owners Aber and Megan Whitcomb, the exhibition is open to visitors of all ages and explores every facet of Victoria’s life and death, including the unusual battle scars that may have led to her death, and her role as a mother. With Victoria’s striking, pristinely maintained skeleton as a focal feature, the exhibition uses the latest scientific findings to create an educational, emotional experience unlike any other.

Admission included in permanent exhibit ticket.

Please help us to preserve our collections for the next generation by not using flash when taking personal pictures at HMNS and at HMNS Sugar Land. Exposure to strong lights over time causes fading and deterioration of most artifacts and specimens.

Flash photography is ONLY allowed in the Grand Hall and the rainforest of the Cockrell Butterfly Center.

Selfie sticks are not allowed anywhere in HMNS, HMNS Sugar Land and the George Observatory.

For press and any commercial photo shoots, please contact the Public Relations dept.
