The Hall of Ancient Egypt is temporarily closed.



Adult-size wheelchairs are available for visitors to borrow at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis. You may check a wheelchair out at the Box Office just inside the main entrance to the HMNS at Sugar Land in exchange for an ID. There is a wheelchair ramp outside the main entrance of the museum.


HMNS as Sugar Land has elevators in the exhibit area that will allow you access to all floors of the Museum.

Stroller Accessibility

Strollers are allowed in all areas of the Museum.

Accessible Parking

There are accessible parking spaces at the front of the Museum, just outside the main entrance.

Metro Lift

The Houston Museum of Natural Science at Sugar Land is in the Metro Lift system, so you can easily schedule transportation to and from the Museum for your visit or tour.
