Bringing HMNS to You: Virtual Outreach Programs for Engaging Learning!
Explore the programs below for information on topics, pricing and how to book. Note that educator and docent availability may vary, but we aim to accommodate specific content requests.

Virtual Program Formats

Pre-Recorded Presentations

Pre-recorded presentations feature our dynamic museum educators or master docents along with museum specimens or live animals to bring some of our favorite scientific and cultural concepts to life. Your group or class will have 14 day access to the content, so they can watch the presentation as many times as they would like. Scroll down for a list of the topics that are available as pre-recorded presentations.

Live, Virtual Q&A with Educator or Docent

Live Q&A sessions with an educator or docent add an interactive component to your booking. For an additional $75, you can add this to your current program. If you are interested in adding a live Q&A session with an Educator or Docent to your booking, please fill out the booking form located here:

Once the date and time is coordinated through our Reservations Team, you will receive a Zoom or Microsoft Teams link for the specific date and time agreed upon during the booking process. You may share this link with your audience. Please note that participation may be limited by the software (Zoom or Microsoft Teams). The Q&A session will last 30-minutes once it begins. Our educators and docents will do their best to answer as many questions as possible during that time.

If you are unable to use Zoom or Microsoft Teams, please let us know at the time of booking so we can explore a different platform.
